About Jaime
I'm a working and homeschooling stay at home mom! I've been married to my best friend, Matt for 13 years and together, we have three awesome kids: Cian, Nolan and Keira - and the sweetest maltipoo, Hula. We live in the Bay Area, California. I love my family, all things Hawaii, reading when I can, and being a creative. I love volunteering in my community and coaching or assistant coaching my kids in sports, and I love helping people. I love sports, golf and baseball in particular, and I love nature and travel!
I've been in the residential solar industry for 7 years now and it has allowed me to earn extra income working from home remotely, while being at home with my kids and homeschool them, too! While I was in my 20's, I lived in Washington State and worked for The Boeing Company for 10 years and I traveled all over the world supporting airlines introduction of their new Boeing aircraft. When I met my husband, I decided to move to San Francisco, where my husband is from, and start our new life there. I left everything comfortable and familiar and before getting into the solar industry, I had started a photography business, I learned to trade the stock and options markets, and I learned digital marketing and wanted to start a social media and digital marketing agency. That's how I found out about solar. An old acquaintance was checking in with me on Facebook and asked me what I was up to and I told him I was about to start and launch a digital marketing agency. I asked him what he was up to and he told me about working for his friend who had a solar company. I thought, "Oh! Maybe I could generate leads for them with a funnel!" They already had that all set up and with a marketing company. What he really wanted to know was if I wanted solar for my home. He sent his best sales person to my house. He was late, he brought his girlfriend and he didn't look like he wanted to be at my house. I sent him on his way and reached back out to my friend and said I wanted to learn to sell solar.

I met with the owner of the solar company and I told him that I wanted to sell solar, but that I would generate my own leads. I didn't want to be driving all over Northern California going to strangers homes for appointments, and I didn't want to knock on doors. So, I started sharing what I was doing with friends and starting posting on social media. In my first 2 months of being in the solar industry, I generated 10 leads and appointments and 8 of those homeowners ended up going solar and getting solar installed on their roofs. That's when my friend asked me what I was doing and named me: Jaime Greene the Solar Queen. I told him I was simply sharing what I was doing and with the way the electricity rates were rising, people wanted solar. I learned how to sell solar and how to promote it by trial and error. I started a YouTube channel (you can click here to watch and subscribe) and created videos about solar. I created a lead capturing funnel where people could self set an appointment with me for a free solar consultation. And here I am, 7 years later, and I'm still helping people go solar and it's been a rewarding industry to be a part of knowing I'm helping make a difference in our world!

When you join the Solar Queen Sales Team, I will ensure that you receive the proper solar training. I'll teach you how to promote what you're doing with social media. I'm not a paid ads specialist, but I know enough to help guide you through it if you want to throw money behind your social media efforts. I will teach you about how to market and sell solar and what the going solar process is for the homeowners. I have software that you can subscribe to to make your job easier to set up a website that allows you to capture leads, nurture leads, convert leads and get reviews with automation. Think of it as a solar business in a box. It's called the Solar Queen System and I've built it and been using it myself for 5 years and I LOVE it! It's not necessary, but it certainly makes it easier on you!

You will learn how to create solar proposals and how to convert them into projects.
